To make sure all our customers have a stress-free purchase experience, we offer a 30-day domestic trial and return period for most purchase made directly on apusluggage.com. Trial period starts on the day you receive your order; if during the subsequent 30 days there is any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department. Once we approve the return request, you will receive RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return shipping labels. 

Please note that our 30-day trial is voided if your suitcase has been used in transit. Pack it up and roll it around your house to get a feel for it, but unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on suitcases that are in unsale-able condition.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for your original purchase, and make a separate purchase for the item you wish to receive instead. If you have any questions, please contact apusluggage@finercrafts.com for assistance.
